Space for your questions.
Understanding the protocol before you begin is part of the safety.
Absolutely. Stiffness is often a sign of a protective nervous system. We do not force the body. Our protocols use props and slow progressions to melt tension rather than breaking through it.
This is a core pillar of Yogneeti. We have a dedicated "Soft Cycle" protocol designed specifically for the first 3 days. It focuses on grounding and pain relief. You never skip practice; you simply adjust the rhythm.
Safety is our primary metric. Because our movements are slow and controlled, risk is minimal. However, if you are in acute pain, consult your doctor. We always recommend a Foundation Session first so Sakshi can tailor modifications specifically for your body.
Somatic simply means "of the body, as experienced from within." Traditional yoga tells you where to place your foot. Somatic yoga asks you what your foot is feeling. It is the difference between doing a movement and listening to it. Our protocols train this inner awareness so your practice becomes a conversation with your nervous system, not a set of instructions imposed upon it.
Yes. Consistency is more powerful than duration. Many students describe feeling calmer, more settled, and steadier in sleep and mood with consistent daily practice. The nervous system responds to regularity, not intensity. A short, sincere practice every day can serve you more deeply than an occasional 90-minute class.
Your nervous system prefers certainty. If you have a specific concern not listed here, please write to us.
