Yoga is more than getting the body into shapes.
It is permission
to stop holding it all together.
Yoga was never something I discovered. It was the rhythm of the house I grew up in — philosophy, breath, and Ayurveda woven quietly through ordinary days. I've since spent over 3,000 hours guiding women across the globe back to their own bodies. My only goal is to make this wisdom feel as accessible as it truly is.

Yogneeti encapsulates our mission. 'Yog' means union and integration. 'Neeti' means moral conduct and guiding principles. Together, they signify a holistic approach to life—a practice that transcends physical postures to encompass a way of living rooted in balance and integrity.
When I first understood the word Neeti, it transformed how I saw my own morning practice—not as exercise, but as ethics of the body.
We work on the outer body to influence the inner body. Through disciplined practice, we aim to ultimately liberate the mind from its confinements. This journey from the physical to the spiritual helps us achieve true clarity, allowing us to live more fulfilling lives.
I have watched students break down in tears during a simple forward fold—not from pain, but from release. That is where the real work begins.
In an era where quick fixes and fleeting trends dominate, there is a dire need to reconnect with our roots. Yoga, in its purest form, offers a way to harmonize with the natural rhythms of life. Our vision is to make this life-altering knowledge accessible to all.
So many women arrive apologizing for needing rest. That is the whole reason I keep doing this.
Meet Sakshi Juyal
Founder & Guide, Yogneeti
Raised in a family where yogic philosophy, spirituality, and Ayurveda were effortlessly woven into the fabric of daily life, Sakshi absorbed these traditions not as a rigid discipline, but as a living, breathing essence—one deeply rooted in balance and inner alignment.
As her own practice deepened, Sakshi noticed a profound disconnect in the modern wellness landscape. She saw that women—already navigating high demands, complex cycles, and silent exhaustion—were being asked to perform routines that only drained them further.
The realization was absolute: the modern woman does not need another place to push herself. She needs a sanctuary to soften.
To hold this caliber of space, Sakshi brings over 1,400 hours of continuous, immersive training from one of India’s most prestigious, governing yoga institutes, anchored by a distinguished Yoga Teacher Certification from the YCB. By bridging this authentic Eastern lineage with a contemporary understanding of sensory overload, her methodology acts as the ultimate restorative counterpart to a high-intensity life and fitness routine.
Over the course of 3,000+ hours of global teaching, Sakshi has honed a deeply intuitive ability to read the subtle cues of an overwhelmed body. With unpretentious elegance, she offers the structural tools, quiet wisdom, and unwavering support you need to lay down your armor, release the exhaustion, and finally catch your breath.
