Yogneeti, our name encapsulates our mission and vision. “Yogneeti” is derived from two profound Sanskrit words: “Yog,” meaning union or integration, and “Neeti,” meaning moral conduct or guiding principles. Together, they signify a holistic approach to life, where the practice of yoga transcends physical postures to encompass a way of living rooted in balance, integrity, and mindfulness. 

Yoga is more than merely getting the body into various shapes. It is an exploration that transcends the physical to impact the spiritual. Through disciplined practice, we work on the outer body to influence and heal the inner body, ultimately liberating the mind from its confinements. This journey from the physical to the spiritual helps us achieve true balance and clarity, allowing us to live more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Sakshi Juyal

Sakshi Juyal is a passionate yoga explorer with an objective to share the profound wisdom of yoga with the world. With over 1400 hours of rigorous training in India, and further continuing studies, she has delved deep into the art and science of Hatha Yoga, where breath, body, and mind unite in perfect harmony.

Her teachings extend beyond postures; they embrace Pranayama, the science of breath, Yoga Nidra, the art of relaxation, meditation, the path to inner peace, including traditional texts and philosophies of yoga. She blends these practices with insights from Ayurveda to nurture holistic well-being. With a deep respect for the traditions and teachings of this ancient practice, she strives to bring a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and enthusiasm to each class. 

With 3000+ hours of teaching group and individual classes and workshops, Sakshi has been splendid to guide students globally, helping them align with their physical and mental fitness goals. Sakshi finds great fulfillment in aiding and assisting numerous individuals in embarking on their yogic journey by simplifying and making the fundamentals of yoga easily accessible.
